I am in the process of growing my hair to TBL ( tail bone length).
I am currently taking 5000 mg biotin once a week and I am using Wen Cleansing Conditioner.
UPDATE 4/12/15
Since doing this video I just realized that the hair loss around my hair line came from using Wen Cleansing Conditioner. After I shot this video I stopped using wen and started using some Professional Products from my salon Jamaican black castor oil and my hair grew back and it's thicker.
