In the past I would use a petroleum based product to style wave length black hair after completing a haircut. In the recent years water based pomades have become popular and have some advantages over their petroleum based rivals. Things to know about Braiding Over Locs: Curly Kinky Twists (Protective Hairstyle for Locs)

Hey you guys this is the result of my Kinky twist extension on my locs. I used exactly six packs of hair. I used 4 packs of Dios Mali Twist Braid color 4 for majority of my hair, and color OMB1B/30/33 for my highlights. I used 2 packs of Noir Afro Twist Braid from the Janet Collections color 1 in the front of my hair to bring out the highlight. When I was done I used my soft rollers to curl my hair.
