My Weekly Hair Regimen [Detailed Blow Dry & Flat Iron]

In this video, I show you my weekly hair regimen. I show you the products I like to use as well. Each week this regimen stays pretty much the same unless I do a protective hairstyle. If I do a protective hairstyle then I usually won't flat iron my hair. I also give you an in-depth explanation of how I blow dry and flat iron my hair to get it bouncy, flowy, and swinging!

Relaxing/Texlaxing with Creme of Nature Eden Relaxer. This is done every 6 months! I relax my hair when it has about 2 inches of new growth to prevent over processing.

This video was made in 2014. Please always remember to respect everyone's hair type no matter if they are relaxed or natural. It is all about healthy hair anyway. As of 2016, I go to a stylist to get my relaxers done but I maintain my hair at home. I never relax my hair bone straight. I love a little bit of texture left in my hair.
