My hair:: I transitioned for around 34 weeks and I became 100% natural (after 4 years with a texturizer) on April 14, 2014. I love my natural hair but I am not an expert. I am still learning how to take great care of it, do amazing styles.

So the big reveal is finally here and I cannot express how satisfied I am with my new color!!!!! @kolorking hooked me UP with this beautiful custom red at @pekelariley 's salon out in Jacksonville, FL. I wanted a mix of bright red that would fade into an ombré effect and he NAILED IT! To arrive at this color we used a mix of @cremeofnature 's Hot Burgundy on my roots, Honey Blonde to lighten and finally the Vivid Red all over. When I tell y'all I feel like a brand new woman! I've gotten so many compliments so far and all my friends and family have fallen in love. I am truly EXOTIC by nature?

It's time to go brighter for Spring! So. Decided to take the plunge yet again but this time, I decided to go for a combination of dyes.

Firstly, I decided to lighten my hair by using Creme of Nature Light Golden Blonde (permanent colour). I then washed this out and used and two semi-permanent dyes by Adore 'Intense Red' and Via Natural 'Ruby Red.'
