Just got my starter locs/two strand twist about 3 weeks ago, but I needed a retwist so badly, so I researched it on youtube and here I am doing my very first retwist on part of my hair. I was afriad to do it all as I was not positive of what I was doing. If anyone has any suggestions that may help me please comment below as I'm on my journey looking for any help along the way. NMRK to everyone!!!!

STARTER LOCS WASH DAY ROUTINE :: KIESHA ARIELLE

Today I would love to share with you my TWO STRAND TWIST STARTER LOCS, WASH DAY ROUTINE! A lot of us who are embarking on our loc journey, often times aren't quite sure on how to approach washing our hair in the beginning stages; fearing that we are gonna disrupt our "starter locs"; whether they be two strand twists, comb coils, sister locs, crocheted locs or even interlocked locs.

I hope you find this method I use to wash my hair useful and helpful, and if so be sure to:

Hi Loves,

I LOC my natural 4C hair on Sept 1, 2016. So this is a quick 8 month update. How is the journey going so far? "Well, It's going" lol. And my hair is not really having the "LOC" appears to some people. Insecurities are here but I am dealing with them.

XOXO,
Capi

HI! I have decided to start my loc journey… Finally!!! I have literally wanted locs since I was 18! I started my loc journey on 10.22.17 using the two strand twist method. I currently have 127 locs and I'm so in love!

Hi everyone! Here is my 4 week update since taking down my original two strand twist on November 30th and re-twisting them back up. I will be doing a semi-freeform journey for the next year. At least that is my goal. I'm still loving my journey! Be sure to subscribe and stay tuned to follow my loc journey and for more updates.
